Wayne and Michael created IPI to meet the demand of investors for training and providing properties at a discount. To get IPI off the ground cash was required, which was provided by an Irish investor. He had a ‘charity’ Drug Users Anonymous which used the proceeds of IPI to fund its questionable activities. The money was ‘laundered’ through the Costa Del Sol.
